• For this activity, it is important to be 10 minutes at the meeting point, before the time of your activity.
• All customers must present their admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase, and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.
• This experience is only for people over 18 years old; a valid ID will be required for this activity.

• We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.

• A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.
• To provide the service, you must present your legible printed or digital ticket corresponding to the experience. Visitors are required to show an eligibility ID or another legal document.
• Your ticket will be valid only on the specified hour and date.
• Your ticket is personal and cannot be given nor sold, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• For those who require help to board or a special area to be seated please notify one of our staff members
• The transportation from your hotel is not included in the price of your ticket. 
• Schedules at: 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00 every day.

Cancellation policy

• More than 7 (seven) days prior to the experience day, cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 7 (seven) to 0 (zero) days before the reservation date or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.
• Cancellations that apply under the established policies must be made through the telephone numbers and emails that appear at the end of this document. If you do not use your coupon, or do not show up on the reserved day, it will not be refundable.
